URGENT Top up not activate

Hi. I bought a 15GB top up on 30 October but this has not activated. Im almost out of data. I cannot see anything on my Dashboard to activate the 15Gb but can see a message that 15Gb is available. My plan shows only 300Mb out of my original 5Gb plan's data.

@Patrici_2980681  When your plan data runs out, the top up should kick in.

@MSFSo the data doesnt get added straight away when you do the top up?

@MSF  Thanks. Ive already changed my next plan. Other mobile operators add the top up straight away and I couldnt find anything on Smarty that said the top up only activates when the plan data is used up.
