I have been with Smarty since I was forced to change my supplier when Plusnet stopped providing moble access. I had no issues at all with the phone signal when I was with them. I recently became aware that I was losing my phone signal indoors when I didn't receive 2 very important calls. The person ringing had sent texts previously and usually they arrived in a timely fashion, although one did take 12 hours to appear. I then noticed that the phone icon at the top of my screen kept disappearing, sometime for hours at a time. I did a check on the Smarty site and have been assured that I have "excellent 4G coverage both indoors and our". I would like to ring Smarty but can't find any numbers or even an email address, can anyone help, please?. Thank you

@RowenaW_2328179 There is no way to ring Smarty for customer service; you contact them via web chat.
The Coverage Checker is a generalised tool covering your postcode and not a guarantee. It cannot allow for individual properties as you may be shielded by a building or else in a low-lying piece of ground.
You should try a Network Status Check to see if there is a localised issue with a mast.
I believe that Plusnet used the EE network and so would probably not be on the same mast as Smarty.

Hello again. The issue continues with the phone signal dropping in and out. There was an issue with the mast but I feel we ought to have been notified about this and surely it shouldn't have continued for weeks? After more than a year with Smarty I have decided to change to EE because I know I will get a consistent signal. Thank you once again for your help
Thank you once again

@RowenaW_2328179 How would Smarty notify you about it? They don't know who is trying to use every mast at any single moment. They also don't know where it is that you normally use your phone.
Finally, we still do not know if it simply that the Smarty/Three signal in your home is simply weak.
I hope your trust in EE is not misplaced. Every network has a breakdown at some point.
