I've been using SMARTY for a month with no problems but suddenly can't make or receive calls. I got a new SIM and data/texts is fine.
I've done a factory reset, reset phones and network and have a strong signal.
My phone is. POCO M4 Pro.

I have the same issues with not able to phone even the mail box, not recieving calls and this issue has been bad since I have been using smarty for about a month. And today it was even worse and not able to send any texts and the data were also down.
I would like to know if there is some big issues in Glasgow at the moment.. the signal checker said it is all fine but nothing...

@LucileS_Fr Have you checked that your phone is compatible with Smarty VoLTE protocol? I mention this as you say that you have had problems since joining.

Yes, I ordered a new SIM, reset factory settings, took out the SIM and restarted the phone, reset network settings, gave customer service my phone IMEI.
