Unable to receive phone signal indoors

I have been with Smarty since I was forced to change my supplier when Plusnet stopped providing moble access. I had no issues at all with the phone signal when I was with them.   I recently became aware that I was losing my phone signal indoors when I didn't receive 2 very important calls.  The person ringing had sent texts previously and usually they arrived in a timely fashion,  although one did take 12 hours to appear.  I then noticed that the phone icon at the top of my screen kept disappearing, sometime for hours at a time.  I did a check on the Smarty site and  have been assured that I have "excellent 4G coverage both indoors and our".  I would like to ring Smarty but can't find any numbers or even an email address, can anyone help, please?.  Thank you

@RowenaW_2328179 There is no way to ring Smarty for customer service; you contact them via web chat.

The Coverage Checker is a generalised tool covering your postcode and not a guarantee. It cannot allow for individual properties as you may be shielded by a building or else in a low-lying piece of ground.

You should try a Network Status Check to see if there is a localised issue with a mast.

I believe that Plusnet used the EE network and so would probably not be on the same mast as Smarty.

Thank you for your response, it's very helpful
