Unable to call voxi numbers

Hi is anyone having issues calling people with voxi SIM cards. My child’s was working now I cannot get though, they can receive calls from other networks

Voxi is down - a mate is on Voxi, he can send and receive texts, but not make and take calls. 

Voxi claimed on twitter it was calls to / from EE that are affected, but I can’t call him, and I am of course on Smarty, nor can his wife, who is on Tesco Mobile.

I did read that EE customers in particular were unable to place calls to anyone on Vodafone earlier today (and vice versa), due to some glitch they're fixing. Not had any issues personally calling a family member on Voxi today though!
