Tethering or hot spotting phone
TT_606016 You should be able to use both your tablet (assuming it can use wi-fi) and your laptop online without removing the SIM from your phone.
Your phone will have a feature called a personal hotspot, or something similar. If you switch that on, your phone will create a wi-fi network which your other devices can then connect to, to share the phone's mobile data connection.
