Hi I have just bought a £20 PAYG Sim I have set up the SIM in a MOTO G using Android phone and the tethering data works great with my iPad and laptop
The problem is I can’t make or receive voice calls. If I try to make a voice call the phone (Moto G) accepts the number and the screen say’s calling but the phone I am calling does not ring.
Also if I try to make a an incoming call to the phone with the Smarty Sim in it (from my iPhone) it does not ring but goes to voicemail after a number of rings. I then get asked to leave a message. Leaving a message results in a text being received by the Moto G.
Can anyone advise me on how to proceed to fix this. Is this a network issue.
