Absolutely awfully slow replying back to me when they say s and I write back straight away then hear nothing back from them for ages. To the point I need to do something. Absolutely diabolical.

I'm inclined to agree - especially in view of my recent experience using the SMARTY web chat support channel.
I guess mediocre customer support might be a fact-of-life when using a value proposition service provider, who only offer self-service and online support, which isn't delivered in real-time. Very frustrating when things aren't working as they should, and you find getting relevant and timely assistance becomes problematic.

There is no telephone support with SMARTY and the online chat isn't live chat, just chat based. If you want better support them you're going to have to put your hand in your wallet and pay for it!
