Hi,
I have been with smarty for over a month with a family group of 4 all our old numbers have been transferred across from previous providers.
The system is asking all of us to confirm whether to bring our number and it will implement the change by 13-01-25 or keep the new smarty number
what am i supposed to do here please can someone help

Just ignore it - you don't need to do anything. It's just there in case you wanted to port a different number in to replace your current number at any point in future (you can port different numbers in as many times as you want).
I agree that it's a little confusing that they have that notification remain on your dashboard even after you've ported a number in.

this is a complete mess! i have been with SMARTY for yearS and (again) this message has just popped up.
I (eventually) got through to a humanoid via chat- and they changed their mind THREE times? which does not install much confidence.
this (could) be a classic FRAUD attack 'Take Over SIM Attack' - but the agents seems oblivious and ill informed.
Ive chosen to do NOTHING and hope they don't take away my ported number of years????

Spot on cheers ! I was worried they were going to cut us all off on 13th. i would have been flavour of the month in my house !!
