Thanks for your wonderful words LeeBeck_2118164.
You have posted on a community forum; we are a community of people who use Smarty, and try to politely help people.
You say the internet service isn't good where you are, did you check the signal for Smarty and 3uk in your area before choosing to "move" to Smarty? It's easy enough to do, and can be done without spending your money!
As far as cancelling, have you even bothered looking for, and reading the F&Q's and other handy User pieces designed to help people new to Smarty. It even has a link to contact people who are employed by Smarty to help those having issues.
A polite suggestion would be to consider the way you approach people, and the type of language used, as certain words and phrases tend to put people's backs up. From experience, doing this doesn't tend to get people in a helpful frame of mind.
Good luck with your attempts at getting what you want.

Erm, to quote you “your internet service is crap where I live”
Reading your wonderfully worded message, where you also admit to losing a phone, I just can’t believe you did not bother to check the coverage of Three, Smarty’s parent company, where you live, work, socialise, I am so surprised you didn’t do that….
To cancel your account, contact Smarty via webchat, or at least put your plan on pause, which will ensure no more money is taken from your bank account, and see your account cancelled after six months.
The money you save could possibly be spent on a course at a charm school, it may help help you understand how to approach people properly and obtain what you want.

@LeeBeck_2118164 Much as I understand that you are frustrated at having bought a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, using that style of language with people is very unlikely to get you the best help.
You have posted on the public community forum and so you are not even writing to the company.
The people who can access your account are the Support Team who you contact via webchat.
If they took more money, it was once your Smarty plan had ended and you had it set to auto renew, so not really their fault.
In summary, take a deep breath and write a webchat calmly explaining the issue and asking if they will consider a refund.
