Hi all
I have had a smarty account for a couple of years. My daughter wanted to switch from 3. She entered her PAC number on the app but used my email and it has ported her number onto my sim.
I've now lost my number. I spent all day trying to resolve this via help but was told no options. My ask was for a new sim on my old number.
I know it's my mistake but does anyone else think this is possible or a lost cause.

@SeanDun_2637006 Depends perhaps on when all this took place. In theory, it may be possible to revive your 'dead' number - but you'll need Smarty Support team to do that.
I suggest giving a very clear explanation with an associated timeline if possible.
