I set up contract and was advised SIM was on its way. Nine days later still not arrived so reported as lost and ordered new one. following day original arrived but has been cancelled. now second SIM has not arrived after 8 days. reluctant to report as lost because it will be cancelled and then probs arrive the following day. so frustrated!
can i reactivate original SIM that i have in my possession?

@PaulMas_3137347 Only Smarty Support can help with this problem.
It would appear that the postal service in your area is fairly grim if it took all that time for the original sim to arrive.

Thank you for reaching out to our SMARTY community forum! I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience regarding your SIM delivery.
Unfortunately, you are unable to use the original SIM as this SIM would of been immediately suspended when the replacement SIM was ordered.
If you are hesitant to order another replacement, you could purchase a SIM from a local store and follow the steps to create a new account to activate the SIM you have, if you go ahead with this, we will cancel your original SIM plan and refund the payment made to get the SIM delivered.
To go through with this process, please raise a complaint using this link and ask to speak to me (Jodie) so i can walk you through the process.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Jodie,
As your suggestion i would like to raise a complaint. not sure which link you refer to, so im just replying.
i have bought a new SIM and activated it , I had to create a new account as it would not let me proceed with this one it would be much appreciated if you could cancel the original account and refund initial payment.
Regards
Paul

@PaulMas_3137347 Word of advice.......Please don't put personal information on a public website as you potentially open yourself to identity theft.

@PaulMas_3137347 Seems to have been edited for you, so no problem now.
When you reply (as I have just done to your post), it can generate an email notification if you have allowed it. The thing is that it still ends up as a public post though.
If you click on someone's name (appearing in blue), then you will see the option to message them directly.
