Hi,
I requested the activation of my SIM 24 hours ago and still didn’t get my email confirmation or a response from Customer Service. This is getting quite frustrating. Any clue what’s happening?

@LorenaF_2634195 Does your Account Dashboard show that you have an active sim and Smarty plan? If so, then you need a web chat with the Support Team.
We are Community members like you and so cannot access your account to check.

Yes, I contacted them by chat yesterday but they are not very responsive 😞 thanks
