Hi
I have activated my sim in error and have now been given a new number. I am waiting for my new sim to arrive in the post which I'm hoping will have my current number. Can I put new sim in when it arrives and then activate to use my old/current number and if so will I be charged for the new number activated in error

Hello @William_2086489 . No, when you activated the sim, it was allocated a random number.
You can then bring the number from your old network by requesting a PAC code from them. You then complete a section in your account to give Smarty the number and the PAC code so that they can get the number moved over to this network.

No I've not solved the problem. I inadvertently activated my sim and was given a new phone number. I am still waiting for a sim to arrive to put into my phone to then activate and keep my present number. But I want to know if I'll then have 2 accounts

@William_2086489 If you activated a sim already, then you can bring your number from previous network over to that sim. You can do that at this link:https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/phone-number
