My £10 renewal failed as i forgot to add funds to the account.
A few days later got charged £6 and got a text saying that my plan was renewed, I'm yet to get service and on my dashboard shows as expired.
I don't want to pay another £10 since I already got charged £6 for some reason, any advice?

Hi @Gendo , maybe you've tried this already, but try rebooting your phone, and see if this sorts out your issue.
If not, it might be worth contacting a Smarty agent. See the link below on how to do this.
They should be able to explain what has happened (such as the £6 charge and apparent non renewal of your plan).

Thanks for the reply, rebooting didn't help so will contact them tomorrow.
