The smarty network status says “We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible.”. Is there any way to get further information? A black spot with zero reception has appeared in the last week that’s driving us a bit mad. I guess a timescale would be really helpful.

@RichardS_998553 Usually it's unfortunately not possible to get more information. This is partly due to the fact that Smarty do not operate or maintain the masts.
You could try a web chat with Smarty Support....but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
