I paid ten pounds two or three weeks ago and again yesterday 10 pounds by apple pay (both times I think) and still I had to pay 12 pounds today to get service back because the auto-new facility was switched off. I want my first two payments refunded.

@JohnWoo_1735127 Your won't get a refund here because this is the Community Forum. You need to contact smarty Support via web chat and clearly explain the problem.
I suspect the £10 sums were treated as add-on credit and should show on your dashboard. They can be used to cover future months but you can ask for a credit and they may assist you.
