Hi I would like to have a refund because I only wanted to use smarty for 1 months but noticed that smarty took money again from my bank how can I get my money back please help me I haven't used any of the data on the data plan please help me thank you

@NaderKh_3391232 The only reason that Smarty took money from your bank was because your Account was set to auto-renew the plan. You will need to access your account dashboard and untick that setting.

You can try contacting Smarty Support via web chat to see if they will help you but I don't think they are obliged to refund anything.

Hi I have done that and I've tried contacting them but it takes me to a online bot and I told the bot I wanna speak to someone hhe said wait for a reply in 72 hours
