Kill voice mail please
: "Please completely deactivate the voicemail on my account. I want my phone to just ring out so I can see a missed call."

I had a long web chat to turn off voice mail and give the call the longest ring possible
The result now is that voice mail is still switched on but I am unable to access any messages And the call ring length has been shortened
what must I do to get what I request?
DavidHa_4034995 I do not believe that they can vary the length of the ring time. Only Smarty Support team can arrange to deactivate voicemail, so unfortunately you will need to get back to them.
