My number transfer has been successful but I still have no service I’ve turned phone on and off but still nothing

@MelikaA_2869171 Did you do a Network Status check to ensure no local mast problem? Does your number show on your account dashboard along with a current Smarty plan?

If it still doesn't work, have a web chat with Smarty Support for them to check your account.
