Carrier information on phone

Hi , I hope that you tech savvy and experienced phone user can help. This morning (28.07.2026) my phone carrier information advised me that I was on EE and a little time later it changed back to Smarty. I pay Smarty for my phone use.

Is this a normal occurrence or is my phone on the blink
