Gift vouchers

Hello, just wondering if anyone else has had an issue with receiving your gift card/voucher for refer a friend. I was referred and received the option to choose an option, I opted for the Uber voucher yet when I went to claim, it had expired the day before the email was sent. I’ve been sat on the live chat multiple times to try and resolve it and four new vouchers later, all I have is expired vouchers all expired at the same date and time. I was told that I can’t redeem within the uber app but that is the only option it is giving me, the email tells me to claim using the link which sends me my browser where it either asks me to create and account with uber or launch the app to redeem if I already do. I done the latter and all that pops up is a voucher from SMARTY which is unredeemable because it expired 19th July at 23:59. Anyone else have this issue?
