Help sister in-law has had her phone lost,
My sister in-law can't access her smarty account because she has had her phone stolen in JD store , she knows her smarty login details but it's asking for 2 step verification which requires her phone, is there a way she can speak to someone regarding replacement SIM, we have went through all pages on smarty website for a replacement SIM card

Hello Shazidur_670695,
I'm sorry to hear that your sister-in-law's phone was stolen. When she tries to sign in to the account, you should see an option on the login page to send the one-time passcode to the email address instead. You can then request a replacement SIM via the 'Manage Plan' page.
Alternatively, please connect with the support team, who can arrange a SIM on your behalf. As MSF advised, the SIM must be suspended, so please connect as soon as possible if you haven't already: https://smarty.co.uk/contact.

Shazidur_670695 Did you go through this page?
https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1215834-how-to-replace-your-smarty-sim
When you order a replacement, the original should be deactivated.
There is no way to speak to someone - you can web chat with the Support Team if my suggestion doesn't work: http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact
