Hello. I ordered a new sim yesterday to add to our group.
I got an email 3am saying oops soemthing went wrong with payment, we will refund you.
5am I get an email saying sim has been despatched.
Looking on the group dashboard, the new sim says awaiting order, when i click i get options to choose a package.
Does that mean the order did get the oops - it is showing on my credit card as paid, or am i going to receive the sim?
Dont want to waste days of waiting if one actually isnt going to arrive, the online chat said just wait and see.
