App keeps logging me out
Why does this do this? Been with smarty for a year or so but for the last few months the app keeps signing me out. I left a message on the play store saying this and I was told it's because I don't have biometrics set up on my phone.....well I do! It's becoming really annoying now. It's not just sometimes it's pretty much every time I log in to see my usage etc.

NeilRos_2716470 I don't use the app that much, but I have just lookedat it after not having done so certainly for some days and I remained logged in ! This is all a bit odd then!
On the website, if I log in then that will normally last the whole day unless I close the browser down for some reason.
I thought I was the only one that it keeps happening too. I’ve even tried to delete and reinstall the Smarty app, but no luck
I've had this problem for the past year. Not found a solution yet. I get logged out weekly. I have biometrics set up on the phone but can't see any settings in the app.
