I wish to refer my mother on to a Smarty Plan but I am preventing from doing so by Smarty.
Why is this happening?
We share the same e-mail address.
How can around this problem?

@Stephen_1796517 Your cannot currently have two separate accounts using the same email address. I think that you may her able to add a sim to a group that you form by using a 'nickname' account. It will work fine and you get 10% discount on full price plans, but it will need to run through your account for payment etc.
