@BrianFle_441327 Did you try turning off and then back on after a minute or two? This sometimes forces phone to correctly register to network.
Also, did you get a message telling you that the process is complete? Does the ported number show in your Account Dashboard?

Yep. Restarted and received notification that the number has ported over. Its showing as the right number in my account.
I must say though. The signal is appalling compared to 1p mobile

Did you check coverage for your area and also network status?
