@EmmaBla_2031313 Have you recently ported in a number from your old network?
If so, I'm wondering if the phone still 'remembers' the original number that came with the SIM card when you first activated it. If that is the case, you should change the number in the phone's settings to the correct number. Also check that your dashboard shows the correct number - if you still cannot get it all to work, you will need to web chat with Support Team for them to look into your account (occasionally there is a 'split port' which needs to be completed properly).
