I want to pause but there is notice that says “You currently have no payment methods set up” which is incorrect. I currently have a payment method set up

@MilanMi_2055018 Do you get that message in the app or via the website?
I would try logging in to the website; if you have the same problem, you will need to web chat with the Support Team.

@MilanMi_2055018 I've had this a few times in the mobile app/web dashboard, it seems that on certain pages the data has to be 'fetched' (you see a loading message, or spinner). I've always assumed it a tiny glitch and refreshed the page and it has worked for me. Try logging out then back in again, or contact support incase there is some issue with your account.
