Hi! 🙂 I've been with smarty for 10 mnths now and it appears my PAC has failed! Had this number for 15 yr across quite a few networks! Am i screwed? Will i loose this number? Smarty cant answer! Can anyone out there help? 🙂 John.

@johncha_2516112 Not sure if you are trying to take your number AWAY from Smarty or bring it TO Smarty.
A PAC expires after 30 days - is that linked to the problem? If you are bringing the number into Smarty, has the old account with previous network expired and the sim been deactivated?
We need a bit more info here.

Are you saying you successfully brought your number to Smarty 10 months ago, and now it's not working? If so, what exactly is happening?

@SmartyTrousers @johncha_2516112 Is it that the calls and texts no longer work? If so, this could be linked to the phone not being supported by Smarty VoLTE protocol after the turn off of 3G.
