Old number transfer

Hi

when will my old number transfer? I set my phone up on Saturday when my SIM card arrived

Transfer doesn't take place over weekends or bank hols. Effectively, today was the first day of the process (if you requested it) and it should transfer by 5pm tomorrow.

You should be given a date for the transfer when you complete the online form.
