Obtaining PAC code

To transfer your number, the help states text PAC + Date of Birth to 65072. But as far as I can tell from other articles, Smarty doesn't allow short code texting. So how are you supposed to do it?

You can send the text "PAC ddMMyy" to 65075 from your SMARTY SIM card.

This is required for compliance with the OFCOM rules for mobile number portability in the UK.

@NormanB_2152580 You are quite right BUT, as with so many other things in life, there are a few exceptions and the PAC code request is one - happy days!
