Numbers being blocked
Had a few issues today . Had to contact Apple to sort out my new computer . They tried to ring me back …. First attempt went straight through to voicemail even though I was connected to WiFi calling ...
I was due to receive an important call this morning from a call centre number this morning starting with 0203. The callers say that number said they had been blocked from calling. I have checked my settings and there is no reason why this is happening on my iPhone 15. IOS 18
JohnSte_2003389 Firstly, check your dashboard to see that you are showing an active Smarty plan with an active sim.
Secondly, get someone to call you - ideally from both a landline and a mobile.
Thirdly, do you necessarily believe what the call centre said? Did they definitely have the correct number?
Fourthly, do a Network Status check to see if there is any local mast issue.
Finally, if the issue persists, you may need a web chat with smarty Support.
