I have been waiting nearly a week for my old number to be transferred from Vodafone! Anyone have any idea why it’s taking so long?

Unfortunately @bobwors_1029477, community members wouldn't know why, because members can't access your SMARTY account for details.
Best to get in-touch with the SMARTY customer advisors at https://smarty.co.uk/contact. The advisors work until 8pm everyday.

@bobwors_1029477 I'm assuming that you were given a date when you input your PAC code on your account dashboard.
As @Chalkychap says, The Support Team should be able to check your account and give you an update on any problem - (We cannot access your info because we are community members like you).
If they have exceeded the date give, you may be in line for some compensation.
