I haven’t received the SIM yet. Please advise

@Jennife_1542457  We are forum members not Smarty staff, so we cannot see your account nor can we send out a sim.

I advise you to contact smarty Support Team via web chat.

It may be down to poor postal service - there have been similar reports recently.

Hi ask webchat to send you a replacement SIM if the original hasn't arrived in 10 days they advertise 2 to 5 days
