Hi everyone,
I rely on Smarty for my home internet, and have now been without signal since the morning of 18 January.
In desperation yesterday I had to take out a subscription to giffgaff, as I couldn't function any longer without internet access in my home. Unfortunately, in recent months scarcely a week has gone by without the signal dropping out for several hours, but now it's beyond a joke!
Does anyone know what the problem is in this area, and when will it be repaired/restored? Also, how do I get compensation for the additional cost of having to use another provider?

Typing in your part puts a network warning, meaning 3 are working on nearby masts.
Youre also located on the edge of the UK, which won't help for any other operator cell service.
