I've received emails saying that my Sims has been activated and my old number has been transferred but, I cannot make calls. I have 4 bars on phone connection but there is a cross. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET, @GrahamL_2745051?
Your handset's user guide should explain any resetting procedures.

@GrahamL_2745051 Sometimes you need to give it a short while before the system catches itself up.
On your account dashboard, does it show the activated sim with correct number and also an active Smarty plan?
