( sorry you have not been given access to this service) that's all I get when I try to ring out my texts won't send and unlimited data but doesn't work!? This is madness! Had this new sim for over 18 hours and not been able to do anything apart from sit around speaking to the unfriendly Web chat people haha I knew it had to be to good to be true for the price!
