Travelling on the bus, underground, train ,Kingston ( Surrey ) unable to get Wi-Fi.
Down load speed 1.3 if I am lucky. My phone is Apple 12. Very disappointed transferring
over to Smarty using E Broadband

@Stephen_1472158 The forum cannot deal with account issues. You will need to webchat with Support Team to ask that question.
However, as Smarty do not seem to have a credit facility, I am not sure that they will be able to help.
I assume you mean that your Smarty plan has finished. You can stop any auto renew and restart when you have funds as long as that’s within 6 months.
