Moving Plan as existing customer

Hello,

I'm currently on the 50GB for £10 plan.

I've now seen that Smarty are offering 60GB for £10.

How do I move to this plan or is it only for new customers?

I did check my account but didn't see this plan listed.

Hey @Pete I would suggest dropping our team smarty.co.uk/contact a message, they can change you over to this plan. Also nice one @fuzzy getting the upgrade!

Last month I was on 30GB for £10 plan when I saw the 60GB upgrade and, like you, wanted to upgrade to it. I asked on here and it was suggested I talk to their online web chat to get the upgrade, but I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. But when my plan auto-renewed a few days ago I find I'm on the 60GB for £10 plan! HTH.
