difficultiy knowing if I've registered

Hi, I used to be a smarty customer and wish to come back, I went through my existing account added new pack and entered the Pac code to tranfer my number and did the credit card authorisation.  I haven't had any confirmation through from Smarty, and the account is showing as closed.  What have I missed?

@KarenKno_895115 Have you checked to make sure Smarty's confirmation email hasn't gone into your spam/junk folder?

Yes I've already done that.  My husband also did the same and he too hasn't received anything either.  the account was shown as closed, there was a link to a new package and filled everything in from there.  If I go back on the account it still shows as closed.  I'm getting really fed up of companies who no longer see customer service as an essential part of their business

 

@KarenKno_895115 Hmm, that does sound unusual. All I can advise is that you start a web chat with Smarty support, I imagine they'll be able to confirm whether your order actually went through.

thanks but where do you go for a webchat?  I couldn't find it, only being pointed to further pages of what to expect, ie your sim not working etc.  this is how I ended up here

@KarenKno_895115 If you go to the Smarty homepage here, you should see a chat icon towards the bottom right of the screen.
