@SiWi_1566024 If the sim is part of your group - and you are the group owner - then you can click on 'Go to My Dashboard" then click on the blue circle with your initials in the top right hand corner. You should then see all members of the group and can examine each one's details individually.
Yes, I can see that, but like the original post, I want my group member to use the app and monitor their own usage. I can't find anywhere where they register as a user and link it to their sim.
@PaulLis_2217545 If the group member logs in with their own email and password, then they can see their own usage. I have just checked this by asking my wife to ignore in as she is a member of my group - it worked without problem.
Yes that makes sense, the issue is it's for my son. I set it up by adding a new sim to a new group. He therefore doesn't have a login and I can't see where to create one for him.
Ah, I see where I went wrong in the set-up. I selected myself /child under 16 which means only I can see usage. I think that needs reviewing so that they can keep a track. If I'd have selected a friend or family member, then it would have worked.
@SiWi_1566024 I think you have cracked it!! Looks like you set it up as a nickname sim i.e. a second one using your own email etc. Now, you can see the account details, usage etc but your son cannot.
Assuming you are the group owner, it's up to you to give each member of the group permission(s) to view various parts of the account, such as their own balance, the right to ask for a PAC or STAC code etc.
