Members in a group plan

I have set up a group plan with my 2 sons in it. How can they see on there own phones what data calls and texts are left??

If you set them up with the correct access, they should be able to log into their own accounts.

Assuming you are the group owner, it's up to you to give each member of the group permission(s) to view various parts of the account, such as their own balance, the right to ask for a PAC or STAC code etc.

Many thanks but how do you that? I seem to be going round circles within the app and getting no where

@PaulLis_2217545  When they open the app on their phone, they need to log in and enter password - that gives access to their account.
