Why do l have to get a code every time l login with smarty ? Even on the same device?

@BrendaP_1308005 There have been loads of posts about this within the last few days.
Smarty have made some changes and some people are reporting that they no longer need to log in - It may be that this depends upon the level of security on the device they use.
Ultimately, it is all based upon GDPR - regulations designed to protect your data. Your account has your name, address, email address, mobile number, details of calls/texts/data used and this needs protecting. Two factor authorisation is something commonly used to protect your data as it prevents someone who happens to guess your password from signing into your account.
