Why oh why is it always long winded using a smarty account… nothing is simple… just time consuming asking the community!!!!
why can’t things just be available full stop !!!

Unfortunately, I find many people are unwilling to familiarise themselves with the articles and FAQs on the community, and frequently raise queries that they could so easily have found out about with a little effort on their part.
BrendaP_1308005 I'm afraid that posting the same point more than once doesn't necessarily get a better or fuller answer. Two of us have already replied on your other post and I hope you will see why the security is at that level.
Are things long really winded?
I find Smarty to be quite simple to use, with no issues myself.
Tha vast majority of answers I and others provide are merely pointing to posts that are available for and to the community, or mentioning information in the various articles available to those on the forum.
