leaving smarty after two months of relentless tries of making this company to provide a proper service.Has been by far the worst experience I ever have with a. mobile company. Run away from them. Service not working abroad at all!!! old number never was tranfer properly so probably I will lose it, getting messages to my personal mobile from smarty about other customers with very sensitive and private information.. useless chat where you never get help. bad service in many areas where I live. anyway nothing good to say about smarty what it started as I thought a very good deal has just become a. nightmare so BYE BYE smarty for good. Will never recommend smarty to ANYONE!!!

@piedado_3419775 When you post here, you are writing to other existing customers who read the Community Forum.
While it is unfortunate that it has not worked for you, you must accept that there are very many customers (probably well over a million) who find the service good value and sufficient for their needs.

@piedado_3419775 You are the one who was patronising many customers who find the service acceptable.
Of course there are some who don't find it acceptable - people who have a poor signal from Three network, people who insist on having a telephone customer service are som. Yes, they will exceed a million, otherwise Smarty would have a monopoly in the marketplace (never going to happen for any network in the UK).
I'll do better than not patronise you - I'll ignore you. I don't see a lot of others wading in to support what you said.

I don't work for Smarty and they do not pay me. I try to help people on this forum when they ask for some help - not when they rant like a spoilt child. Now go away.

I find smarty a horrible company based in my experience nobody is going to change the way a feel I will be giving bad reviews cause the offer a bad service and that is that pal.. you don't like it? fine just don't get involved even if your are bored in your life and don't have anything else to do 😏🤔
