Hi all, I’m new to Smarty, recently changed from EE, ported my original number etc.
I use a +33 number to access a security gate and it doesn’t work anymore, I get a recorded message ‘You are not registered for this service’. I’ve added £5 of credit for international calls and reset my network settings but still no joy. Just wondered if anyone knows of a fix for this?

@Paul_2290738 On the off chance, have you tried dialling 0033 ?

Hi. Yes tried 0044 instead of +44 but no luck.
I contacted Smarty customer services over the weekend and it seems the problem is due to smarty broadcasting my number as 4478….. instead of 078…… like EE and Vodaphone. The security gate setup only accepts 11 digits so looks like I’m at a loss unfortunately.

@Paul_2290738 In you own phone's settings, does the number show as 4478? If so, you can manually change it to the standard 07xxx xxxxxx i.e. 11 digits
