Incorrect billing!!!

Why am I being billed twice every month? Had an initial tarrif of £10, then upgraded to £12 tarrif, but why am I still being billed for my old tarrif?

Today is the Day it show-ul be renewed but you haven't taken money from my account and Smarty doesn't work. Please take your money urgently and turn on my Smarty

@MirelHu_2281267 So, we are forum members and not Smarty staff - we cannot do anything with your account.

Check your Account Dashboard first to see if you have the correct payment details showing there and if your Smarty plan is showing.

If you then still believe that there has been an error, web chat with Smarty Support for them to check.

If you web chat with Smarty Support, I'm sure that they can enlighten you or correct it if necessary.
