Incoming call list

Hi,

Is there a way to get such a list on the app/website? I can only see outgoing calls.

@Andrea_154742 Ok, open your phone app, go to Recent, tap the three dots at the top for the menu, then select 'Call history'. There you will see your incoming and missed calls.

@Andrea_154742 I did a Google search and found a YouTube on this (the language is not English, but you can see what is needed.

As I said originally, you go to the Phone App and look at 'Recent'  - this shows outgoing and incoming calls.

I see thanks, but that doesn't work for me because I am checking another phone (my young daughter's) that I am managing. This is why I am using the smarty app and why I am asking here. There I can see only the calls made, but not the calls received (and the same applies to my phone).

Now at least I understand the confusion and we were talking about different apps 😄

@Andrea_154742 Ok, in that case, I'm not aware of any mobile network that enables the customer to view a log of the incoming calls to the mobile number.

And if they did, the network wouldn't have any visibility of calls that have come in via an app such as WhatsApp or Facetime.

@Andrea_154742  The only way that you will be able to see incoming calls is on the relevant phone itself and not via the app. I agree with @SmartyTrousers  here.
