I can’t make any outgoing phone calls but I can receive them also I call this number 03885486 and all I get is I don’t have access to make this call? Also I can’t send texts? 

ive paid for a £20 sim for these benefits but I only get the data benefits, not calls and texts.

If there isn't a fault affecting services at your location, probably best to use the SMARTY web chat so an agent can look at your SMARTY account (forum members can't do this).

I checked and it is the company registration number for Hutchison - who own Smarty I believe.
